The power of 30-day challenges: How to become the constructor of an exceptional lifestyle

I discovered the power of 30-day challenges a few years ago when I was experimenting with different methods of overcoming my comfort zone, mostly through running.
I remember that one month I set myself to run every day, for 30 days, and I ran:
- 3 kilometers every day in the first week
- 5 kilometers every day in the second week
- 7 kilometers every day in the third week
- 9 kilometers every day in the fourth week
- And 11 kilometers on the 29th and 30th days.
That was the moment when I started looking at time intervals of 30 days as projects, and in 2017 I set myself 12 challenges of 30 days each, with activities like cold showers, running, cycling, meditation, and many more.
If you set yourself to experiment with 12 different activities in one year and all of them for 30 days in a row, you’ll become a different person. You’ll learn more about the limiting beliefs that are holding you back and will finish the year with new skills that you’ll be able to use in your life.
The power of the 30-day challenges is the result of the challenges. To do something for 30 days in a row is hard. And it’s even harder if you set more than one challenge that you can do one after the other. But the results will be truly meaningful.
Set yourself 30-day challenges for a whole year and you’ll have a new direction for your life.
